July is Homemade Ice Cream Month so we created a “off the beaten path” sorbet.

Did you know that Rocky Ford cantaloups from Colorado are about 15% sweeter than those grown in other regions? That is the key to this incredible and unconventional sorbet. And then we added our amazing Rodelle Vanilla Extract for the perfect combination.  Our Vanilla Cantaloup Sorbet recipe is truly one of kind and makes the perfectly light and sweet dessert recipe.

Since we are located in Colorado we thought it’d be a great idea to pay tribute to this deliciously sweet fruit.

Any fruit will work for this recipe but Rocky Ford Cantaloupes are hard to beat!
