Yay – it’s finally SPRING ?. The weather is warmer, everything is starting to bloom, AND we begin entering our Spring baking season. If you don’t know whom Chef Davis is, he is an am amazing pastry chef with 9 years of experience ranging from hotels and resorts to small bakeries and cake decorating. Over the course of his career, he’s developed a particular passion for and focus on bread and small pastries. Chef Davis is a C-CAP (Career through Culinary Arts Program) Alumni ’16, Culinary Institute of America graduate ’20, and 3x Food Network Competitor including the recent season of Halloween Baking Championship. He loves approaching refined food with a whimsical touch to tell stories and educate people.

London Fog Tres Leche Cake
