Recipes to Take with You!

Sheet Pan Old Fashioned Pancakes

Tender, old-fashioned pancake batter is given a makeover into a sheet tray topped with all sorts of kid-friendly fruits like strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and peaches. Of course, the pancake has a generous splash of Rodelle vanilla extract! Feel free to decorate the sheet tray pancake with sliced bananas as well. This method of making pancakes makes breakfast quick, simple, healthy, and able to feed a crowd! Warm pancakes are sliced into squares and can be topped with warm maple syrup, softened salted butter, and lightly sweetened whipped cream. We love the idea of bringing the dry ingredients pre-mixed and the wet ingredients on a trip to the mountains – saves worrying about if your AirBnB has measuring spoons!

If a no bake chocolate oatmeal cookie and a baked oatmeal cookie had a baby, this would be it! The cookie dough is made with both brown and white sugars, plenty of oatmeal and Rodelle’s rich Dutch-processed cocoa powder. We love how well these cookies hold up on a road trip.
