Flourless Almond Cake

The incredible taste of almonds enhanced with Rodelle’s Almond Extract puts this cake on the top shelf. Tender, moist almond cake is almost buttery and gooey. The top of the cake is studded with sliced almonds that becomes nicely toasted in the oven during the baking process. Serve with a dollop of unsweetened coconut cream to balance out the slight sweetness of the cake. And, it’s even gluten free!
Blackberry Bundt Cake with Blackberry Almond Glaze
Tender, moist, buttery Bundt cake is studded with a homemade blackberry jam made with fresh blackberries and lemon juice. The cake itself is made with plenty of butter and a combination of brown and white sugar for the prettiest yellow Bundt cake. After baking, the Bundt cake is drizzled with a fresh, bright purple blackberry glaze.

Mini Vanilla Cream Pies are perfect if you are looking for a bit of sweetness but not wanting an entire slice of pie. The individual nature of these cream pies makes them great for kids too. A very easy-to-make, extra flaky pie crust holds a deliciously cold and creamy pastry cream studded with vanilla bean flecks. Each vanilla cream pie is topped with a dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream.

The layers in the biscuits are created by folding the biscuit dough twice. Raspberry shortcakes are the perfect summery dessert, which can help to use up surplus garden-fresh raspberries. This recipe makes six servings, but you can serve guests half a biscuit instead and simply double the raspberry filling.
