Our wonderful Brand Ambassador who we’ve known for 6+ years now, Peabody Johanson (@bakerpeabody), is releasing her very first recipe book – Holy Sweet! We couldn’t be more excited and happy for her and to share this news with you all! If you don’t know already, Peabody runs an amazing family-friendly blog called Sweet ReciPEAs that’s focused on creating delicious recipes for everyone to enjoy. You will find fantastic content on her blog – including recipes that truly fun and heartwarming. We love her positive energy and think that really shines through in everything she makes!
We were given the opportunity to try out 1 out of the 60 outstanding recipes included in Peabody’s new book before the release date. The Rodelle team tried out Peabody’s tasty and perfectly sweet Jack and Coke Blondies. These are made with whiskey and a Coca-Cola cream cheese filling and to top it off, a supremely good Jack and Coke glaze! We might be a bit biased, but we think the whiskey is a perfect complement to the hearty addition of Pure Rodelle Vanilla Extract!
Holy Sweet! was officially launched Nov. 17th.
Lastly, we’re going to leave you with this cool fact: Blondies were actually invented before chocolate brownies (late nineteenth century). How cool is that!??
