Raw Rustic Fig Tartlet
Happy Mother’s Day!! Celebrate with these cute little tartlets that are an easy-to-make take on pie! In under an hour you can be enjoying a crisp yet delicate crust topped with a vanilla sugar, raspberry, and fig fruit topping!

First you’ll mix and bake the dough. We made circular shapes, but have a little fun with them. We recommend cutting cutting out different shapes and having a little fun with them! Next, you’ll create the incredible fruit and vanilla “pie filling.”  You’ll add a heaping dollop of the filling to your crisp dough, top with vanilla sugar, and bake for just a little longer to really give your pie a warm, crispy texture.
