We decided to create an incredible Easter dinner using Rodelle Products all the way through!  All the courses compliment each other with such elegance.  Our wonderful Chef Bruno, thoughtfully planned every detail of this dinner.  We are thrilled to share it with you!

We start the dinner with an endive and Gruyere salad topped with strawberries and an exquisite Bourbon Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette Salad Recipe.

Next we move on to a RODELLE Cocoa rubbed rack of lamb recipe. Served with our incredible RODELLE Herbes De Provence red wine reduction.

And last but not least, we have a frozen RODELLE Frozen Chocolate Mousse Recipe.  Topped with fresh berries, this dessert is a light and satisfying way to end this perfect Easter dinner.
