This delectable recipe comes to us from award winning Ally Phillips of What’s For Dinner? Ally’s Kitchen. She recently created an amazing cookie recipe for our Twelve Days of Cookies called Granny Smith Apple & Tart Cherry Oatmeal Cakes. It is a very unique yet delicious holiday recipe. And now she’s created another: Coconut Roasted Almond Chocolate Cookies! It’s a combination of sweet coconut, roasted almonds, and smooth vanilla.

Here’s what Ally said about it:

“This is a quickie recipe that can be done in a pinch when you need something sweet! It’s also great for storing a few days…well, if it lasts that long…plus, you can make these mounds of love and give away~~for me, it’s like having a cookie almond joy!”

This fun and delectable recipe only takes thirty minutes and creates about 15 servings for you and your family to enjoy! Stay tuned for more days of cookies!

We would like to make you aware of some minor packaging changes over the next few months. While we have seen a surge in demand for Rodelle Vanilla this year, the recent pandemic has caused many disruptions in the packaging supply chain. At times, you may notice a different color cap or a different type of bottle when you buy our vanilla. Inside the bottle is the same Rodelle Vanilla with the taste and quality that you have come to trust over the years.
