Baking in an uncertain time…
With the current uncertainty due to the spread of COVID-19 that we are all facing moving into the next few weeks, Rodelle has intentionally paused some communications to keep your digital consumption uncluttered. We are still posting yummy recipes on our social media accounts where we love seeing so many of you building connections and memories through baking while you are safe at home with family. We want to take a quick minute to assure you that we are taking all of the proper steps to ensure the safety and health of our employees. This is the commitment we have always had to produce and ship safe food ingredients like the baking cocoa and vanilla extract that you are reaching for in your pantries. We’ll keep this post short and sweet, but wanted to share a few words and recipes with you and let you know we’re here to inspire you whether you’re baking for friends and family, or those in your home, or even just yourself. We hope you stay safe, healthy and filled with a little deliciousness.
Gluten-Free Raspberry Almond Cake
Topped with made-from-scratch vanilla whipped cream, you will love this cake! Fresh raspberries pair with the almonds which give a beautiful crunchy texture on top. This one is perfect for all day long.
Vanilla Bean Brown Butter Pear Tartlets
Butter browned with vanilla bean lends a rich, nutty flavor to these tarts that look fancy but are a snap to make with premade puff pastry – the only flour you need is a dusting to roll out the pastry dough.
Lemon, Poppy Seed and Vanilla 2-Bite Scones
Buttery, flaky and bursting with bright spring flavors. These scones are perfect for tea and coffee breaks.
With a traditional graham cracker crust, a classic cheesecake base and the perfect balance of vanilla flavors, you can top this recipe with just about any fruit you please!

We’d love to hear from you!
