“Fresh beautiful peaches are abundant at my local farmer’s market during the summer. And because I absolutely love their sweet & juicy taste, I always seem to end up with more peaches than I know what to do with! After tiring of making peach crisps, cobblers, and strudels, I finally thought to try and make a homemade peach ice cream. My fiance and I cheated a little bit and used one of our wedding gifts before our wedding, the ice cream maker. I am so glad we did! My peach pecan ice cream recipe will be one I always cherish during the summer time and will always remind me of the summer we spent engaged.”
