Salads are one of the healthiest things you can eat. It’s a perfect way to work in some fruit and/or vegetable servings while satisfying your hunger. Salads are a great source of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and they promote healthy weight loss!

We know everyone likes a little bit of dressing here and there, but if you’re not careful, store-bought dressings can add a lot of unwanted calories to your healthy meal. Store-bought dressings have a lot of sugar, corn syrup, preservatives, and thickening agents. Nothing of true nutritional value… so we thought- why not skip it?! Make your own homemade salad dressing instead!
