HDP Turkey

HAPPY ALMOST THANKSGIVING!! We’re so incredibly thankful to have such wonderful support from all of our fans! This year, we’d like to have a FEAST in honor of all the wonderful Rodelle friends, partnerships, and fans, we’ve made this year!!

We know creating an elegant meal for the entire family can be quite a daunting task, so we’ve created easy recipes to use this Thursday! After all, Thanksgiving should be focused on creating wonderful memories with friends and family you’re surrounded with over a delicious meal! So let’s all focus on the  fun, and not the hassle!

Step one- be sure to start thawing out your turkey today! Depending on the size of your bird, the longer it can take. Come Thursday morning, start your feast preparations with our Herbes de Provence Turkey stuffing and rub. Once you’ve followed the directions to prepare the turkey, start roasting it while you prepare the rest of your meal. We roasted our turkey for about 3 1/2 hours.

Normally, we’d be getting hard at work for creating all of the tasty sides that come with Thanksgiving… but we thought of anWEBPumpkin-Liqueur important part that most people forget about…. the drinks! Why not have a little fun with cocktails and a drink variety for all of your guests?! May we suggest some Vanilla Bean Pumpkin Liqueur? You can make this one the night before and keep it in the fridge. Another fun refreshment idea is are vanilla bean mulling spices… you can add to apple cider or wine for some variety! This one only takes 15 minutes, and WALA you’ll have a festive, holiday flavored refreshment!

Next, we gave a lot of our focus to all of the delicious and festive sides we could think of! Potatoes are obviously a MUST HAVE. We’ve roasted wedges of them, you might mash them, some might bake them, etc…. but we are adding an extra touch to our potatoes this year- SRIRACHA BUTTER!! It adds that little kick of flavor to any recipe you use it on. Melt onto your potato dish, melt over a green bean casserole, or even have at the dinner table to put onto those fresh, gooey rolls that everyone loves to gobble down! It’s a simple, unique way to add another element of delicious flavor to all the hard work you’ve put into your recipes!

WebCranberry-Kale-SaladDon’t forget to have some healthy and vegetarian options for those who aren’t feeling like having just turkey! We suggest a delicious and festive salad recipe that tastes as good as it looks… Rodelle Cranberry Kale Salad with Vanilla Cranberry Vinaigrette!! It has beautiful coloring to it thanks to the bright carrot slices and tart cranberries, not to mention a one-of-a-kind vanilla bean vinaigrette. Best part? It only takes 10 minutes!

Alright, enough healthy, lets indulge a little…. needless to say, DESSERT is our FAVORITE part of Thanksgiving dinner… our dessert options are a feast all in them selves. We know everyone has a different variety of dessert they prefer so take your pick!! Vanilla Pumpkin Whoopie Pies, Vanilla Bean Raspberry Bars, Vanilla Bean Apple Crisp, Tiramisu, and of course a classic pumpkin pie!

To top off this feast extravaganza, we recommend thinking about the following day! Now, we know that you’ll be set for your meals for WEB-Vanilla-Cinnamon-Rolldays with all of the incredible leftovers. And as much as we LOVE turkey for days, you might consider a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast recipe for all of your leftover guests and family… may we recommend some Vanilla Cinnamon Rolls with Vanilla Bean Glaze!!? It only takes a bit over an hour, and you’ll have a homemade breakfast masterpiece that will taste just like the ones you had growing up!!
