This is a low-fat calcium and antioxidant rich breakfast option. We serve ours with pears for a hint a sweetness.
- Combine ingredients into a medium size bowl and whip until smooth, about 1 minute with a hand mixer on low, or use a whisk and get a little workout in!
- Serve with sliced pears.
- 15 ounces part skim ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Rodelle Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 pear, cored and sliced
