This is a low-fat calcium and antioxidant rich breakfast option. We serve ours with pears for a hint a sweetness.

  • 15 ounces part skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Rodelle Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 pear, cored and sliced
  1. Combine ingredients into a medium size bowl and whip until smooth, about 1 minute with a hand mixer on low, or use a whisk and get a little workout in!
  2. Serve with sliced pears.
