This is a perfect summer cocktail! Light and refreshing, with a hint of sweet vanilla flavor; this drink is a sophisticated alternative to a simple chilled glass of wine or beer this summer!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces dry white wine (we used Chardonnay)
- 4 ounces lemon-flavored Italian Soda
- 1/4 tsp Rodelle Gourmet Vanilla Extract
- To serve: ice, berries and lemon peel for garnish
This serves one, but can easily be doubled or added on to increase servings!
