Directions
Lemon Cake:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9- or 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, milk, lemon juice, oil, eggs, and Rodelle Lemon Extract until no lumps remain.
  4. Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes, or until center tests clean when a wooden pick is inserted.
  5. Cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto cooling rack and cool completely.
  6. Transfer cake to serving plate, and drizzle with glaze.
Glaze:
  1. In a small bowl, stir powdered sugar with cream and Rodelle Extract.
  2. Adjust amounts of sugar and cream until proper consistency is reached.

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Rodelle Organics Pure Lemon Extract

Glaze:

  • 2 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 Cup cream
  • 1 tsp. Rodelle Organics Pure Lemon Extract
