For the Coleslaw

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Rodelle Toasted Sesame Seeds

For the Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rodelle Organic Ground Ginger
  1. In a large bowl toss to combine the cabbages and carrots. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss until cabbage is coated.
  4. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds, then toss to incorporate.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
