Chef Note: All marinades make enough for 2 chicken breasts, or 2 6oz steaks.

Red Wine Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp Rodelle Herbes De Provence
  • 1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract

White Wine Marinade:

  • 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, split and scraped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • *1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (If you’re marinating chicken)

Balsamic Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Marinade Preparation:

  1. In a glass measuring cup measure wine or vinegar, add the other ingredients, and whisk to blend.
  2. Place the meat in a bowl or plastic Ziploc bag. Add the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
