Chef Note: All marinades make enough for 2 chicken breasts, or 2 6oz steaks.
Red Wine Marinade:
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 tbsp Rodelle Herbes De Provence
- 1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract
White Wine Marinade:
- 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, split and scraped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- *1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (If you’re marinating chicken)
Balsamic Marinade:
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp sugar

Marinade Preparation:
- In a glass measuring cup measure wine or vinegar, add the other ingredients, and whisk to blend.
- Place the meat in a bowl or plastic Ziploc bag. Add the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
