This zesty butter is ideal for corn on the cob, or baked potatoes, or on top of steamed veggies.

- Whip all ingredients together in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until fluffy. Do not over whip or the butter will get too soft.
- Store in a container in the refrigerator, or press into silicone ice cube molds for cubes.
