This zesty butter is ideal for corn on the cob, or baked potatoes, or on top of steamed veggies.

  • 1/2 pound salted butter (2 sticks), room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Rodelle Sriracha Asian Seasoning
  1. Whip all ingredients together in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until fluffy. Do not over whip or the butter will get too soft.
  2. Store in a container in the refrigerator, or press into silicone ice cube molds for cubes.
