Ingredients
Cocktail Shake
- 2 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1/4 cup vanilla flavored vodka
- 1 teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 drops green food coloring
- 1 teaspoon grated dark chocolate and a few sprigs of mint (for garnish)
Whipped Cream Topping for Cocktail Shake
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, split and scraped
- 3 tablespoons Peppermint Schnapps
OR Virgin Shake:
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract
- 4-5 drops green food coloring (or more for deeper color)
Whipped Cream Topping for Virgin Shake
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, scraped
- For true authenticity, top whipped cream with a maraschino cherry

Cocktail Shake
- Blend cocktail ingredients in a blender (leave out garnish ingredients).
- Whip the cream until starting to thicken, add the sugar and vanilla bean and whip until soft peaks form.
- Slowly whip in the Peppermint Schnapps until firm.
- Pour the drink mix into a glass, top with whipped cream, sprinkle the grated chocolate on top and garnish with mint.
Virgin Shake
- Combine the drink ingredients in a blender until smooth and rich (adjust food coloring as needed).
- Whip the whipped cream ingredients together until peaks form.
- Top the shake with the whipped cream (and cherry if desired).
- Drink with a straw and eat with a spoon.
