Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 small banana, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rodelle Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rodelle vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping tbsp unflavored protein powder
  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender, starting with the ice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
