- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 small banana, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon Rodelle Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Rodelle vanilla extract
- 1 heaping tbsp unflavored protein powder
- 1 orange, peeled and quartered
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
