This creamy beverage is a slight twist on the traditional Indian Mango Lassi drink. A thick, spiced blend similar to a smoothie, it’s a perfect treat to cool off and refresh on any summer day. Or, just pretend it’s a hot summer day in the middle of winter and make this with frozen mango!

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt (or curd/dahi)
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp Rodelle Fiori di Sicilia
- Seed of 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean
Optional Additions
- 1 tbsp rose water
- Saffron
- Crushed pistachios
- Sliced almonds
- Cardamom for topping

Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend a minute or two at a time, scraping down sides if needed. Continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into drinking glasses and serve topped with crushed pistachios and a pinch of saffron.
Tips / Notes
- Add ¼ cup milk or more ice as desired for a slightly thinner consistency if preferred.
- Add 1 tbsp of rose water to blend for an added delicate floral aroma and taste.
