Ingredients
Crust
- ½ cup butter, unsalted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of flour
Filling
- 2/3 cup 60% chocolate
- ½ cup milk, divided
- 1 ½ tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 tbsp cold water
- 2/3 cup white baking chocolate chips
- 1 cup cold whipping cream

Directions
Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- Beat butter and sugar until blended.
- Add egg yolks; mix well.
- Add in 1 cup of flour, until mixture is crumbly.
- Press onto bottom and sides of prepared tart pans; prick sides and bottom of shell to prevent puffing.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Filling:
- Place chocolate, ¼ milk and sugar in medium saucepan and melt over low heat.
- Add ½ tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract.
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small cup; let stand 2 minutes to soften.
- Place white chocolate chips and ¼ cup milk into a separate saucepan and stir over low heat until melted.
- Add ½ tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract.
- Once melted stir in gelatin and water until gelatin is dissolved.
- Beat whipping cream until stiff; add remaining ½ tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract.
- Fold 1 cup whipped cream into white chocolate mixture.
