This is an amazing vanilla and so worth the price. Because it's expensive, I save it for recipes where I really want the vanilla to shine -- custards, puddings, vanilla buttercream, and chocolate chip cookies.

Boy this stuff is strong! I would suggest using smaller amounts compared to the regular watered down ones you get at the market. Made me realize I have never had the real vanilla flavor.
