Our organic chocolate extract is very similar to our vanilla extract in its composition, the cocoa bean is distilled in a solution of water and alcohol. The flavor of rich chocolate is captured in our fine organic extract. In fact, vanilla extract can be replaced with chocolate extract in any recipe. This creates a deep chocolate base flavor instead of a vanilla.
