I started substituting Rodelle Baker's Extract in lieu of plain vanilla extract in all of my recipes. It has a sweet blend of vanilla, cocoa, and caramel that adds a richness to everything I bake. I use it in my cookies, cakes, and even tastes amazing in pancakes! It's also organic and gluten-free

I never knew this existed but I’m so happy to have found it. Such a unique delicious flavor and aroma. The vanilla/cocoa is the most prominent and its so nice! I’ll be using this in place of my old ingredient. This large size will last a while too!

When reading the ingredients, it has organic chocolate extract, organic vanilla bean extracts, that made it interesting to find a product with these ingredients in one. I made some cookies using this baking extract, the smell of chocolate predominates more. I will definitely use this product all year round, especially on holidays. I like it, but make sure to shake it before use.
