Mediterranean-Spice Olive Feta Mix
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup Kalmata olives
- ½ cup ½ - inch cubed feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Rodelle Greek Seasoning
- Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid
- Let marinade for at least one hour, occasionally turning the jar to combine ingredients
- Serve with your favorite hors d'oeuvres, meats, cheeses, bread and/or crackers
- Refrigerate any leftovers
