Recipe idea:

Mediterranean-Spice Olive Feta Mix

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Kalmata olives
  • ½ cup ½ - inch cubed feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Rodelle Greek Seasoning
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid
  2. Let marinade for at least one hour, occasionally turning the jar to combine ingredients
  3. Serve with your favorite hors d'oeuvres, meats, cheeses, bread and/or crackers
  4. Refrigerate any leftovers
