Recipe idea:

Cuban Barbecue Shrimp

1/3 cup Rodelle Cuban Barbeque Seasoning

1 cup avocado oil or high-heat, light-tasting oil

10-ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1. Combine the Rodelle Cuban Barbecue Seasoning and oil in a medium bowl

2. Reserve ¼ cup for the mixture for grilling

3. Place the shrimp in the bowl with the remaining Seasoning mix, toss to coat thoroughly

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes

5. Remove shrimp from the marinade, skewer or place in a grill skillet with holes to cook

6. Brush with the reserved marinade as the shrimp cooks through
