Cuban Barbecue Shrimp
- 1/3 cup Rodelle Cuban Barbeque Seasoning
- 1 cup avocado oil or high-heat, light-tasting oil
- 10-ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Combine the Rodelle Cuban Barbecue Seasoning and oil in a medium bowl
- Reserve ¼ cup for the mixture for grilling
- Place the shrimp in the bowl with the remaining Seasoning mix, toss to coat thoroughly
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Remove shrimp from the marinade, skewer or place in a grill skillet with holes to cook
- Brush with the reserved marinade as the shrimp cooks through
