Rodelle debuts single origin vanilla extract assortment at Natural Products Expo West tradeshow
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (March 14, 2024) – Rodelle, a world leader in the production of authentic vanilla flavors and gourmet cooking and baking products, introduces an assortment of single origin vanilla extracts from Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and Tanzania in value-oriented sizes. The hand-selected, unique flavors are now available in one-ounce and two-ounce bottles as well as a variety pack that includes four one-ounce bottles from each region. The new offerings from Rodelle debut today during the Natural Products Expo West tradeshow in Anaheim, Calif.
Each extract featured starts with vanilla beans harvested from distinct regions globally and offers different flavor profiles, good for different uses.
- Madagascar Bourbon vanilla is full, rich and creamy and ideal for cocktails, sugar cookies and buttercream frosting.
- Papua New Guinea vanilla is floral, sweet and anisic, great for fruit tarts, pavlova and cherry pie.
- Uganda vanilla is balsamic, sweet and subtle and good in shortbread cookies, salad dressing and vanilla cake.
- Tanzania vanilla is brown sugar, caramelly and maple-flavored and best in crème brûlée, hot cocoa and pound cake.
These smaller sizes enable a lower barrier to entry for more consumers to savor a variety of high-quality, premium vanilla extracts with different flavor experiences. In response to growing consumer interest in supporting sustainably sourced food products and a preference for smaller, more conveniently sized and priced options, these new offerings will soon be available at select retailers with an MSRP of $4.99 (one-ounce), $7.99 (two-ounce) and $19.99 (variety) (pricing may vary depending on location).
