- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons Rodelle Organic Cocoa Powder
- 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract

- Place mixing bowl in freezer for 10-15min.
- Beat the heavy cream and sugar with an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until soft peaks form
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat until stiff peaks form
- Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 hours before use
Notes:
- Feel free to adjust the cocoa powder to your desired level of chocolate
- This whipped cream can be stored for up to 5 days but might need to be mixed again!
