These flavored cream cheeses are delicious. We’ve created a Vanilla Maple Walnut, Cocoa Cinnamon, and Strawberry flavored one- great flavors that will compliment so many different recipes.

Ingredients

Vanilla Maple Walnut

  • 1 package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons rough chopped walnuts
  • 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, split and scraped

Cocoa Cinnamon

  • 1 package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Rodelle Baking Cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Rodelle Gourmet Vanilla Extract

Strawberry Vanilla

  • 1 package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries, cleaned and trimmed and sliced
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, scraped

Vanilla Maple Walnut

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and beat on medium speed for 15 seconds or so.

Cocoa Cinnamon

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the water, sugar and (sifted) cocoa until dissolved.
  2. Add the vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Cool and combine with the cream cheese, stirring until swirly.

Strawberry Vanilla

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, strawberries, and vanilla seeds along with the pod.
  2. Heat and simmer until sugar is dissolved and strawberries are jam like, stirring often (about 10 - 12 minutes).
  3. Remove vanilla pod. Let cool and combine with the cream cheese.
