Ingredients
Vanilla Maple Walnut
- 1 package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons rough chopped walnuts
- 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, split and scraped
Cocoa Cinnamon
- 1 package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
- 2 tablespoons Rodelle Baking Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Rodelle Gourmet Vanilla Extract
Strawberry Vanilla
- 1 package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
- 1 ½ cups strawberries, cleaned and trimmed and sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 Rodelle Vanilla Bean, scraped

Directions
Vanilla Maple Walnut
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and beat on medium speed for 15 seconds or so.
Cocoa Cinnamon
- In a small saucepan, heat the water, sugar and (sifted) cocoa until dissolved.
- Add the vanilla and cinnamon.
- Cool and combine with the cream cheese, stirring until swirly.
Strawberry Vanilla
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, strawberries, and vanilla seeds along with the pod.
- Heat and simmer until sugar is dissolved and strawberries are jam like, stirring often (about 10 - 12 minutes).
- Remove vanilla pod. Let cool and combine with the cream cheese.
