Cheesy, savory, and oh-so tasty, our Hot Crab Dip is the ultimate party snack and sure to please time-and-time again! The smooth, ooey-gooey dip features chunks of crab meat with hints of fresh lemon and parsley. A wonderful pairing with crackers, chips, or vegetables, the warm and savory appetizer offers a fresh seafood flavor from the fresh lump crab and Rodelle’s Seafood Seasoning. Great to enjoy in the summertime, and year-round watching sports or during the holidays. The dip will have your guests coming back for more, and is quick to whip up with just a few simple ingredients. Delicious!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese 
  • ½ cup mayonnaise 
  • ½ cup sour cream 
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese 
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 
  • 2 tbsp yellow onion, minced 
  • 12 ounces lump crab meat, canned 
  • 2 tsp Rodelle Seafood Seasoning 
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 tsp tabasco sauce 
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced 
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp scallions, sliced ¼”, for garnish 
  • Crackers, chips, or vegetables of choice, for serving 
Uses
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F 
  2. Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray or oil. 
  3. Add all ingredients to a bowl except the scallions. Reserve ½ cup of cheddar cheese. Mix together until well combined.  
  4. Transfer to the prepared pan and top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese. 
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and light golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with the scallions. Serve hot with crackers of choice for dipping. 

Tips 

  • Option to use fresh crab meat instead of canned crab
