Every time a new year rolls around, we are elated to usher in some new attitudes, new outfits (thanks, Santa) and maybe a little healthy eating in there too. Bring on the healthy habits – less sugar, fewer desserts and lots of vegetables! Rodelle’s much loved vanilla products and baking essentials don’t need to be stowed away when you are eating healthy! Guilt-free Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie – This simple and elegant recipe was created by Erin Ireland. It’s a very clever mixture of our Gourmet Baking Cocoa mixed with your favorite fruit! Erin chose raspberries!

Apple Almond Vanilla Smoothie – Packed with delicious nutrients to fuel your day, this great tasting smoothie is an easy and quick meal replacement or snack option!

Rodelle Green Smoothie – A detox smoothie that will make your breakfast last until lunch and sneak some greens in to start the day off on the right foot!

Orange Cinnamon and Vanilla Super Juice Smoothie – Packed with fiber, this delicious smoothie has citrus, vanilla and delicious fruit flavors that you will love!

Tilapia With Mango Salsa –  Tilapia is a very lean, and protein filled fish that is a great canvas for flavor. Our new Rodelle Salsa Seasoning is really spicing things up in this mango salsa recipe.

Rodelle Turkey Brine


As Thanksgiving rapidly approaches, we’re getting giddy about the thought of Rodelle’s Turkey Brine making the holiday memorable for many families. Rodelle’s Turkey Brine is the only brine mix available with vanilla beans. We take care to select only the best ingredients available – simple and natural is the way to go when enhancing the flavor of your bird. Ingredients are as follows: Salt, Sugar, Cranberries, Exhausted Vanilla Beans, Allspice, Apple, Garlic, Orange Peel, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Pink Peppercorns, Thyme, Bay Leaves and Sage. Halloween is a great time of year to dust off  your aprons and whip up a special treat. With a few, key ingredients and a little creativity, you can easily make a treat that everyone will ask for year over year. No tricks, just great recipes:

Candied apples – This recipe is delicious, festive, and fun for the whole family. It’s an easy recipe to make and the result is sweet perfection, and everyone will remember the gorgeous flecks of vanilla beans.

Halloween chocolate cupcakes – Festive, beautiful and DELICIOUS! These cupcakes are unlike any other. We’ve added caramel squares to them so once you bite into them they are filled with a sweet, ooey, gooey center.

Spider web white chocolate bark – Easy, sweet and delicious! This vanilla bean white chocolate bark will dazzle with its flecks of vanilla bean and is so easily customized, you’ll make it again and again!

Vanilla bean cheesecake – This is a fun twist on a traditional cheesecake with a seasonal decoration! Beth over at Hungry Happenings shared this creative dessert with us and we hope you love it as much as we do at Rodelle!

Vanilla bean caramel apples – An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Get yours in with an extra helping of delectable vanilla caramel.

Vanilla pumpkin whoopie pies – The trick is, these little hand pies have some healthy ingredients, the treat is you also get an incredibly delicious recipe!

Vanilla bean pumpkin liqueur  We haven’t seen anything like this, so we created it. This delicious liqueur is a delectable alternative to coffee house seasonal fare. Add to your coffee for a SPIRITED after dark treat!

Pumpkin spiced mulled wine – Served warm, this adult beverage will become a seasonal favorite for fall gatherings or to take around during trick’or’treating!
