Rodelle Turkey Brine

As Thanksgiving rapidly approaches, we’re getting giddy about the thought of Rodelle’s Turkey Brine making the holiday memorable for many families. Rodelle’s Turkey Brine is the only brine mix available with vanilla beans. We take care to select only the best ingredients available – simple and natural is the way to go when enhancing the flavor of your bird. Ingredients are as follows: Salt, Sugar, Cranberries, Exhausted Vanilla Beans, Allspice, Apple, Garlic, Orange Peel, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Pink Peppercorns, Thyme, Bay Leaves and Sage. The apples and cranberries are actually really good on their own plucked from the mix in a moment of curiosity or hunger as you are madly throwing together the preparations for the feast of the year (take our word for it, or try it on your own)!

Rodelle’s Turkey Brine is available at select Costco Stores and other fine grocers this season, as well as on Amazon! Give it a try and let us know what you think!

And, it’s not all about the bird…get other Fall Favorites from Rodelle like whole cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, pumpkin spice extract and more!
