We thought we’d take a break from the major sugar-rush recipes we’ve been sharing!! Desserts are always delicious, and a great way to use vanilla beans, but we decided a variety of Spring inspired recipes would be good- even if they’re healthy! (Like our mother’s always said – too many sweets can give you a tummy ache!!)

Of the endless, delicious ways to incorporate peaches into recipes, this Vinaigrette is one of our favorites. Combining Rodelle Vanilla Bean infused olive oil and fresh, ripe peaches, we have created an elegant and flavorful way to top a crispy salad!!
