This amazing recipe comes to us from Nicole of Baking Bites. Baking Bites is a blog, near and dear to our hearts!

She has put her own special touch on this traditional cookie and made it a must-try for the holidays.  Her blog was named top 50 food blogs in the world by the London Times. Nicole is a pastry chef, food writer and recipe developer who has a passion for all things vanilla. She has created this recipe for our Twelve Days of Cookies using some of Rodelle’s Vanilla Extract. They are absolutely delectable!
