These little treats are the perfect breakfast appetizer. They are so simple to make, beautiful, and taste incredible!

Directions
Syrup
  1. In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to boil. Turn heat to low and simmer until liquid has reduced by half (about 30 minutes).
  2. Remove pan from heat. Using a blender, puree the ingredients together for 10 seconds. Strain mixture over a small bowl, separating syrup from the solids.
Mini Pancakes:
  1. After you have prepared pancake batter, according to packaging instructions, combine 1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract.
  2. Spoon coin-sized scoop of batter over medium-heated stove pan. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Stack mini pancakes, 2-3 high and secure with toothpick. Drizzle syrup overtop and enjoy!
