Chimichurri Grilled Steak
1/3 cup Rodelle Chimichurri Seasoning
1 cup olive oil
1 – 1 ½ pounds sliced sirloin, tri-tip or other good steak
Combine Rodelle Chimichurri Seasoning and olive oil in a medium bowl
Reserve ¼ cup of the Seasoning mixture for later
Place the steak in the bowl with the remaining Seasoning mixture, toss to coat thoroughly
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 or more hours
Remove steak from the marinade
Grill steak as desired, brushing with the reserved Seasoning mixture during cooking
