Rodelle Chimichurri Seasoning enhances any dish with garlic, herb and a hint of citrus flavors. An Argentinean staple, Rodelle’s version of this South American seasoning can be used as a marinade, dip or sauce. Try it on grilled steak, fish, chicken, pasta or even popcorn!

Recipe idea:

Chimichurri Grilled Steak

1/3 cup Rodelle Chimichurri Seasoning

1 cup olive oil

1 – 1 ½ pounds sliced sirloin, tri-tip or other good steak

Combine Rodelle Chimichurri Seasoning and olive oil in a medium bowl

Reserve ¼ cup of the Seasoning mixture for later

Place the steak in the bowl with the remaining Seasoning mixture, toss to coat thoroughly

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 or more hours

Remove steak from the marinade

Grill steak as desired, brushing with the reserved Seasoning mixture during cooking
