So we’ve added our own spin to your usual shortcake recipe and created a Cocoa Raspberry Shortcake!! Using our Gourmet Baking Cocoa really adds a rich, bold, thick flavor to the shortcake. We pared that with our smooth and sweet Vanilla Extract, and then rounded the flavors out with tart, juicy raspberries!

Let’s talk about parties – warm weather parties to be exact! We know they can be a lot of work, and stressful, so we really wanted to come up with a great party asset that is both creative, and easy-to-make…. Oh and DELICIOUS!!
Our Rodelle Frozen shooters are both tempting, juicy, and alluring. We created a Vanilla Strawberry Margarita, Vanilla Peach Bellini, Cocoa Raspberry Vodka, and a Cocoa Mint recipe. You can take your pick, or make them all! You’ll simply combine the fresh fruit and ingredients from the recipe you choose and pour in the alcohol. Then pick a cute shot glass glass or little cup, and stick a popsicle stick in it. Now pop them in the freezer.
It’s that easy to create personalized beautiful shots that add a creative touch to your party. Not to mention that you can make them ahead of time!

“When you have a basket of ripe strawberries, strawberry shortcake is one of the tastiest things that you can make with them. I find myself making strawberry shortcake all summer long, and I am always looking for a little twist to put on it, adding a new flavor or a new texture. One of my current favorite variations is for Strawberry Almond Shortcakes with Vanilla Yogurt Whipped Cream. The cake is moist and tender, with a strong almond flavor that really compliments the strawberries. The strawberries are macerated in vanilla sugar to highlight their natural sweetness and are served with a vanilla-kissed yogurt whipped cream that has a little more body than your average whipped cream.”
