Ingredients

Lemon Cake:

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Rodelle Organics Pure Lemon Extract

Glaze:

  • 2 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 Cup cream
  • 1 tsp. Rodelle Organics Pure Lemon Extract

Directions

Lemon Cake:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9- or 10-inch Bundt or tube pan. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, milk, lemon juice, oil, eggs, and Rodelle Lemon Extract until no lumps remain.
  • Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes, or until center tests clean when a wooden pick is inserted.
  • Cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto cooling rack and cool completely.
  • Transfer cake to serving plate, and drizzle with glaze.

Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, stir powdered sugar with cream and Rodelle Extract. Adjust amounts of sugar and cream until proper consistency is reached.
